BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ
BOOKING POLICY
• To secure an appointment card details are captured at time of booking to secure appointment. No payment is taken at the time of booking.
• CASH PAYMENTS ONLY accepted on day of treatment.
• You MUST have a patch test a minimum of 24hrs prior to treatment for the following services if you have NEVER had the treatments carried out with us before, LASH LIFT, BROW TINT and BROW LAMINATION. For lash extensions we use lash base glue and their guidance is that your first set is a true patch test, if you do have any concerns a patch test can be booked prior but is not mandatory. Please contact us via social media / phone / email to book a patch tests, patch test are required a minimum of 24hrs prior to treatment.
This is your responsibility to ensure you have arranged a time (in salon working hours) to contact us to arrange a patch test appointment at least 24 hours before your treatment appointment. If you fail to do so and turn up to your treatment without having a patch test you will have to be rearranged and your card on file will be charged 50% of services booked.
• We do not work on other lash techs work or other nail techs work. We also do not remove their work. This is due to our insurance policy.
• Our insurance only covers us to carry out treatments on those who are 18yrs and above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• If you cannot attend your appointment you MUST give us 48 hours notice to rearrange or cancel with no charges, this can be done online by using your account and click “manage my appointments”.
• If you cancel or need to rearrange with less than 48hrs notice you MUST contact us directly. This can be done via social pages, email or phone, as you will NOT be able to cancel appointments with less than 48hrs notice online. Your card on file will also be charged 50% of services booked.
NO SHOW POLICY
• If you do not attend your booked appointment you will be charged 100% of the services booked.
